Return Policy

30 Day Return Window At Sapphire Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or that have been laundered. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sapphirehome.net or call us at (800) 555-9822. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no charge.
